Alba Curtains proudly offers a Lifetime Warranty on all custom-made products within our Signature Range. Our products are crafted to the highest standards, and we guarantee that all custom-made curtains, blinds, and related systems are free from manufacturing defects in materials, mechanisms, and components.

This includes defects in items such as operating mechanisms, brackets, wands, fittings, and other components that form part of the finished product.

If an Alba Curtains product is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product that does not meet our quality standards.

Product Variations & Discontinued Items

Please note that colours and fabrics may vary slightly from batch to batch. From time to time, certain fabrics or styles may be discontinued.

If a product covered under warranty is discontinued, Alba Curtains reserves the right to replace the product with the closest available style or colour of equal or greater value from our current range. We will always make every reasonable effort to match the original design and colour.

If the original product cannot be repaired and the exact style is no longer available, it will be replaced free of charge with the closest available alternative.

If multiple blinds or curtains were installed together and only one item is defective, the warranty will apply only to the defective item and not to the entire set.

Warranty Eligibility

This warranty applies only to products manufactured and supplied by Alba Curtains.

To request warranty service, the original purchaser must provide the original invoice or proof of purchase and contact the Alba Curtains service team.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damages or failures resulting from:

• Accidents or external damage

• Product alterations or modifications

• Misuse or abuse

• Improper handling or cleaning

• Improper installation (if not installed by Alba Curtains or an authorised installer)

• Incorrect operation of the product
  

The warranty also excludes:

• Damage caused by animals or insects

• Normal wear and tear over time

• Cosmetic changes such as fraying, fading, or discoloration due to prolonged sun exposure

• Damage caused by environmental conditions such as humidity or salt air
  

Natural Materials

Products made from natural materials such as wood or natural woven fabrics may naturally show:

• variations in colour, grain, and texture

• natural markings such as knots

• minor bowing or warping

These characteristics are considered natural and are not manufacturing defects.

Service & Additional Costs

This warranty does not cover service-related costs, including:

• transportation costs

• removal of existing products

• re-measurement or reinstallation

• any incidental or consequential damages
  

Motorized Systems

Motorized systems may carry separate manufacturer warranties and may not fall under the Lifetime Warranty.

Example (adjust if needed):

• Wired tubular and curtain motors: 12-year warranty

• WireFree motors: 2-year warranty
  

Warranty Terms

If a product is replaced under warranty, the original warranty period does not restart for the replacement product.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Alba Curtains reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund the product value at the original purchase price where appropriate.
