How are curtain measurements taken?
We provide a free on-site measurement service for apartments, villas, offices and commercial spaces in the UAE.
Can I measure myself?
No, we recommend professional measurement. Even small errors can affect fit, coverage, and operation, especially for motorized or custom curtains. Our experts ensure a perfect result every time.
Installation Time
How long does installation take?
Standard installations usually take 1–3 hours. Motorized curtains may take slightly longer.
Do I need to be present during installation?
Yes, a point of contact should be available to provide instructions and check final adjustments.
Motorization
Do you offer motorized curtains?
Yes, we offer motorized options compatible with remote control or smart home systems. You can choose between somfy and our signature solution.
Can existing curtains be motorized later?
In some cases, yes. Each installation is evaluated individually. Please contact us for further information.
Warranty
Do Alba Curtains come with a warranty?
Yes, we offer a lifetime warranty on our Signature Line and 1-year warranty on all of our Basic Fabrics.

What does the warranty cover?
All custom-made products are warrantied to be free from manufacturing defects in materials, mechanisms (cord locks and tilt gears) and components (brackets, wands, caps, etc.), which make up the blinds or curtains. Normal wear and tear is excluded.

Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit cards, bank transfers and cash. For the fastest processing, please use the personal payment link provided to you. This ensures your payment is securely applied to your order immediately.

Is installment payment available?
No, we do not offer any payment plans.

Do you provide custom-made curtains?
Yes, we create curtains tailored to your exact measurements and design preferences.
Can motorized curtains integrate with smart home systems?
Yes, our motorized models are integratable with most smart home platforms like Google Home, Amazon Alexa, Apple Homekit, Samsung SmartThings etc.
Maintenance & Care
How do I clean my curtains?
Soft fabric curtains should be dry cleaned only to maintain their quality. Blinds fabrics can be gently cleaned using baby wipes.

Returns & Exchanges
Can I return curtains?
No, all our products are made to measure, so we cannot accept returns, except when a product is faulty or we made a mistake installing it.
How does an exchange work if the size is wrong or something is faulty?
We’re happy to arrange a replacement or reorder if the issue was caused by us. Please reach out to our customer service, and we’ll take care of everything for you.

Can I install curtains myself?
No, all our standard curtains, blinds and motorized solutions should be installed by professionals
What if my windows are irregular?
We provide custom solutions for all window shapes and wall conditions. So no worries we got you covered :)
