We provide a free on-site measurement service for apartments and villas in the UAE.

Can I measure myself?

No, we recommend professional measurement. Even small errors can affect fit, coverage, and operation, especially for motorized or custom curtains. Our experts ensure a perfect result every time.

Installation Time

How long does installation take?

Standard installations usually take 1–3 hours. Motorized curtains may take slightly longer.

Do I need to be present during installation?

Yes, a point of contact should be available to provide instructions and check final adjustments.

Motorization

Do you offer motorized curtains?

Yes, we offer motorized options compatible with remote control or smart home systems. You can choose between somfy and our signature solution.

Can existing curtains be motorized later?

In some cases, yes. Each installation is evaluated individually. Please contact us for further information.

Warranty

Do Alba Curtains come with a warranty?

Yes, we offer a 1-year warranty on all of our Basixs Fabrics and lifetime warranty on our Signature Line.

What does the warranty cover?

All custom-made products are warrantied to be free from manufacturing defects in materials, mechanisms (cord locks and tilt gears) and components (brackets, wands, caps, etc.), which make up the blinds or curtains. Normal wear and tear is excluded.

How do I clean my curtains?

Soft fabric curtains should be dry cleaned only to maintain their quality. Blinds fabris can be gently cleaned using baby wipes.

With normal use, 5–10 years, depending on fabric and care.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return curtains?

No, all our products are made to measure, so we cannot accept returns.

How does an exchange work if the size is wrong or something is faulty?
